Get stronger.Stay inthe game.
Strength training, athletic performance and injury rehab coaching. It starts with a short intake, so your coach knows your history before the first session.
Who we help
- Athletes back from injury
- Elite youth athletes
- Working professionals
- Parents
- Adults after surgery
Four steps.
No guesswork.
Every program starts from your history: injuries, goals, schedule and how you like to learn. Then we coach it, session by session.
Assess
Fill in the intake, then meet your coach for a baseline assessment of how you move today.

Program
Your coach writes a plan around your goals, your injury history and the days you can train.

Coach
One to three sessions a week, with a coach watching every rep and adjusting the load on the day.

Progress
Re-test every few weeks. Keep what works, change what doesn't, and build from there.

Justin Parkes
Justin competed as a collegiate athlete, spent years in banking, then made coaching his work. He trains people who want to get stronger, move better and stay out of the physio's office.

Joann Parkes · PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach. Joann runs operations at PPC and looks after the nutrition side.
Coaching that
knows you.
No generic programs. Your coach reads your intake first and builds every session from it.
A real conversation
After your intake, your coach gets in touch to talk through your goals and book your assessment.
A baseline
We test how you move, where it hurts and what you can lift today, so progress is measured, not guessed.
A plan for you
Built around your injuries, your sport and the days you can actually make it to the gym.
